shipping date. If this date is not satisfactory to you, you may cancel

insure same day shipping on any over night or express item. UPS and Fed Ex ship Mon-Fri. Next day Air, Second Day Air and Three Day Select are based on Business days, Saturday and Sunday are not included. A Next day order on Friday will be
delivered the next business day, so you will receive it on Monday. You must call 866-779-8455 if you would like Saturday Delivery on an order.
Any delay on delivery by the shipping company is not cause for refund of
shipping and will not effect any of the fees associated with the item. Any delay
due to attempted delivery of an order is not cause for refund of shipping and

We ship orders via UPS , Fedex and USPS. All items are shipped FULLY INSURED.
Shipping rates are generated using the current UPS shipping rate schedule.
Orders are shipped signature required in most cases.
In certain cases, Spyville.com reserves the right to substitute
shipping with USPS
Priority or Express Mail, UPS or FedEx.
International Orders: are shipped USPS Global
Express, Next day or Second Day UPS or FedEx. International orders take an
additional 24-48 hours to confirm the validity of the credit card. Some
international orders make take as much as 72 hours before shipping. All
international packages are subject to customs inspections and may be delayed
several days. All customs fees are the customer's responsibility, packages refused because of customs fees will be charged the return postage. Please e-mail or call us before placing an international order on-line,
to get the correct amount for shipping. Not all international orders can be
placed through our website. All international orders are shipped showing actual
value for customs. By law we can not change or lower the amount.

Returns:
All of our items are guaranteed by the
manufacturer for 1 full
year or longer unless stated otherwise. The warranty work is provided by either
us or the manufacturer. Please call us at 1-866-779-8455 for warranty mailing
address. Please have your order number ready.
Several Items are not returnable under any
circumstance. They are marked on the product description page. These include,
but are not limited to, DVDs, Software, Cell Phone Recorder Cards, Caller ID
Changer cards, All GPS Units, Universal
Microphone Adapter, SD Cards or any Portable Media and Custom Orders.
You may return non-defective items within 7
days of purchase . (less shipping charges and 5% restocking fee) If you took
advantage of a "free" shipping offer you will be charged $7.95 (minimum) or
actual shipping + 5% restocking fee for non defective returns.
Non-defective items returned up to 7 days
will be charged a 5% restocking fee.
Non-defective items returned after 7 days and up to 30
days
will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
If you received free shipping, a $7.95 minimum or
actual shipping and handling charges will be deducted from your refund. All
non-defective returns and cancellations are subject to a 5% Restocking fee . Mail in orders paid by check or money order
are not subject to the 5% fee if returned within 7 days. There will be no
refunds after 30 days. There will be no Non-defective returns after 30 days. If
you return an Item to us after 30 days we will charge a 25% restocking fee
regardless of the circumstances.
Please call us toll free at 866-779-8455 for warranty replacement or repair
after 30 days.
To receive any refund , all exchanged /returned merchandise must be in 100% original
factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals,
and warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories including software and
original wire ties and plastic bags. Merchandise must be in its original
box with no writing on the box or paper work included with the item. Merchandise
must be shipped in a shipping box. you are responsible for any shipping charges
to return the item to us. Previous notification of missing items BEFORE
returning and item is required Merchandise that is
returned with missing or damaged items will be returned to the customer.

Items purchased through our RF-Links
Distribution are subject not returnable. DVD's are NOT RETURNABLE .
To expedite your return, you must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from us
by calling the number below before returning your
item. All returns must be shipped prepaid and insured.

returns after 30 days. If you return an Item to us after 30 days we will charge a 25% restocking fee
regardless of the circumstances. Items returned without an RMA will be subject to a 15% restocking fee regardless of the circumstances. RMA's must be clearly marked on the
